Capturing the enigmatic Makima from Chainsaw Man, but with a unique dominatrix twist, was an incredible experience. My recent studio shoot with Strelizia.cos took place at the atmospheric Murder Mile Studio, a perfect backdrop for this concept. The space, with its dungeon setting, was elevated by using deep blues and purples to illuminate the scene, creating a truly moody and intense vibe.

Strelizia.cos’s portrayal of the Public Safety Devil Hunter was commanding and captivating, wearing a bodysuit and corset by Libidex Ltd with a collar and belts by MmLatex. The fusion of Makima’s power with the dominatrix aesthetic was a bold, creative choice that we explored through dynamic posing and dramatic lighting. This shoot wasn’t just about taking pictures; it was about building a world where a fan-favourite character could exist in a stunning, high-fashion new light. The results are a series of striking images that I can’t wait to share.
