Sometimes, the most inspiring creative ventures come from spending time with friends. Recently, I had the pleasure of hosting a photoshoot day with some amazing pals, and it turned into a whirlwind of creativity and collaboration. One of the highlights was working with the ever-talented HarleyChainsaw.
Harley, the mastermind behind the brand HarleyChainsaw Creations, wasn’t just a model for the day; she came with a vision. Her self-made bat pattern dress, a piece from her collection, was the star of the show. Stepping into Montrose Studios, a versatile space known for accommodating diverse artistic needs, we knew the stage was set for something special.
As Harley donned the dress, the creative energy in the studio crackled. We experimented with lighting, using a combination of natural light and strategically placed studio lights to highlight the intricate details of the bat pattern. We explored different poses, capturing Harley’s confidence and the undeniable rock-and-roll spirit that defines her brand.
The entire photoshoot was a testament to the power of friendship and collaboration. Working with Harley, a fellow creative soul, pushed me to explore new lighting techniques and capture the essence of her vision. The final images are a celebration of both Harley’s design talent and her captivating presence.
